ABOUT US
Our first elevator installation in the Philppines was last May 2004 at one of most successful development in Manila, Le Mirage De Malate developed by Builders 2000, a high-rise 30-Storey residential condominium. Three (3) units were installed and have been operating continuously and trouble-free until this time. Thus, proving our elevators are indeed reliable, durable, and good quality.
Elevator Specialista, Inc. (ESI) was established last December 16, 2008 by group of professionals spearheaded by one of the highly respected real estate developers in the country in providing quality and affordable homes, Engr. Philip L. Go, Chairman of Builders 2000.
With the sad fact about the current condition of elevators in our country today wherein countless numbers of buildings have defective elevators, some of which are not running for years due to lack of professional after sale service and skyrocketing prices of spare parts, Engr. Go established this institution to provide quality generic elevator with caring and professional after sales service at a reasonable price.
